Pricing
Priced to the decision, not the seat.
Adcurare is sold as scoped engagements, not per-seat licenses. You start with a demo, prove it on one real decision in a private pilot, then expand to ongoing access for your BD and R&D teams. Enterprise pricing is quoted to the engagement.
Three steps, each with a clear next one.
Demo
No cost
See it before you commit.
- A live Rigor Record walkthrough on a decision you bring
- Centered on a real BD or R&D question: an asset, a program, or a manuscript
- Nothing to send: we run the walkthrough on our own evidence
- A clear view of what a pilot on your evidence would look like
Private pilot
Fixed, scoped fee
Prove it on one real decision.
- One real decision: an in-licensing asset, a program, or a data package
- Scope, deliverables, and success metrics agreed up front
- Typically about two weeks from data access to readout
- NDA and DPA in place before any data is exchanged
- A fixed fee quoted to the scope, with no open-ended billing
Enterprise
Quoted to scope
Ongoing access for your teams.
- Ongoing Rigor Reviews across BD and R&D
- Higher volume, faster turnaround, and priority support
- Isolated or dedicated deployment can be scoped
- Security review, questionnaire, and DPA completed for procurement
Scope, not headcount.
- The scope of the decision and the size of the evidence base involved
- Volume: how many assets, programs, or records you put through review
- Turnaround and the level of support you need
- Deployment: shared infrastructure, or isolated / dedicated for enterprise
We quote a fixed fee for the scope we agree together, so the cost is known before you commit, and it maps to the value of the decision.
Why we don’t publish a list price
We would rather quote you a real number than post a meaningless one.
The value of a review is a decision: whether to license the asset or build the program, not a seat on a dashboard. We scope each engagement to the decision in front of you and quote a fixed fee, so what you pay maps to what is at stake, and you know it before you commit.
What buyers ask first.
How much does a pilot cost?
A fixed fee, scoped to the decision we agree up front: one decision, defined deliverables, no open-ended billing. We quote it after a short scoping call, so you know the cost before you commit anything.
Is the demo really free?
Yes. The demo is a live walkthrough of a Rigor Record on a decision you bring. There is nothing to send and no cost. It is how you decide whether a pilot is worth scoping.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Adcurare is priced per engagement, not per seat. Everyone on the deal or program team can read the Rigor Record and check the underlying evidence.
Can we start small?
That is exactly what the pilot is for: one real decision, a fixed scope, and a bar you set. You expand to ongoing access only if it clears that bar.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because an honest number depends on the scope. A single in-licensing call can turn on one recomputed statistic; a per-seat figure would have nothing to do with what is at stake. We would rather quote a fixed fee for your actual decision than post a number that means nothing until we have talked.
